It is the responsibility of this position to accept ownership for effectively addressing patient issues, complaints, and inquiries while ensuring customer satisfaction is at the core of every decision and displayed behavior. High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years' experience in healthcare setting with electronic medical records, insurance, and collecting patient data Minimum typing ability of 55 words per minute Experience with medical terminology preferred
