Job Description

3T MRI at Belfair - Bluffton, SC About Us 3T MRI at Belfair (mriatbelfair.com) is a state-of-the-art imaging center in Bluffton, SC. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality MRI services in the Lowcountry, but more importantly, we pride ourselves on a compassionate, patient-forward approach. We believe that every patient deserves to feel seen, heard, and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. The Role We are looking for a dedicated team member to join our front desk. This is a part-time position focused on creating a warm, professional environment while handling administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations.
Schedule:
2-4 shifts per week, Monday-Friday (No Weekends)
Key Responsibilities Office Operations:
Manage front desk reception, patient check-in/check-out, updating patient records, scheduling/rescheduling appointments, and processing payments.
The First Impression:
Welcome and check in patients with a genuine, warm, and professional demeanor.
Patient Advocacy:
Address inquiries with patience and clarity, ensuring patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit.
Administrative Support:
Provide assistance with attorney-related cases (e.g., Letters of Protection) and maintain accurate documentation.
Facility Care:
Maintain a clean, inviting lobby and perform closing/security tasks at the end of the evening. Qualifications A "People Person": You have a naturally compassionate, patient-oriented attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
Detail-Oriented:
You have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and a friendly edge.
Professionalism:
High school diploma or equivalent and a deep respect for patient privacy (HIPAA).
Reliability:
Consistent attendance, reliable transportation, and a strong work ethic. Spanish language proficiency is a plus but not required.
Work Schedule Hours:
20-25 hours per week, with the potential to increase up to 30 hours based on operational needs.
Shifts:
Primarily afternoon and closing shifts (up to 9:00 PM). Flexibility to cover occasional day shifts is preferred.
