Schedule Saturday & Sunday:

8:30 AM - 2:00 PM Flexible scheduling — you do not have to work every weekend! We are willing to work with the right candidate's availability. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized in a busy environment, and can confidently handle multiple responsibilities while providing excellent patient service.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting and assisting patients in a friendly, professional manner Answering and transferring phone calls Taking accurate and detailed messages Verifying health insurance information Entering and updating patient demographic information Managing multiple tasks while prioritizing appropriately Working independently and as part of a team Helping maintain a welcoming and positive front-office environment Preferred Qualifications Medical office experience is strongly preferred , particularly experience with: Health insurance verification Patient registration and demographic entry Medical terminology Medical billing and ICD-10 coding Electronic medical records (EMR) Experience with eClinicalWorks is a definite plus, as this is our current EMR system. Bilingual Spanish/English skills are also a plus, but are not required.
