Description Work-Life Balance:

This is a strictly 100% outpatient role. Enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule with no hospital call, no inpatient duties, and no weekends.

Compensation:

Competitive base salary paired with a lucrative quarterly incentive bonus structure .

Responsibilities Clinical Care:

manage a daily schedule of approximately 20-25 patients in an outpatient clinic setting.

Procedures:

Perform hands-on office procedures typical of a urology practice.

Patient Management:

Assess, diagnose, and treat urological conditions; prescribe medications and develop treatment plans.

Schedule:

Maintain a consistent weekday schedule (M-F) with no evening or weekend requirements.

Qualifications Licensure:

Current or eligible for South Carolina Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license.

Experience:

Previous experience in Urology is preferred, but not required. Candidates with experience in other specialties or New Graduates with clinical rotations in Urology or Urogynecology are encouraged to apply.
