Job Description

The Plastic Surgery Care Coordinator is responsible for supporting patients through the surgical and cosmetic care process by providing scheduling, financial, and education assistance. Serves as a concierge for cosmetic patients, ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience from initial inquiry through post-procedure follow-up. Act as the primary point of contact, anticipating needs and resolving concerns promptly to deliver a luxury-level patient care experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Schedule consultations, surgeries, and follow-up appointments. Provide patients with education regarding procedures, instructions, and expectations. Prepare and review financial estimates. Collect payments and assist with financing options. Facilitate cosmetic consultations by coordinating with surgeons, aesthetic providers, and external partners. Develop customized treatment plans in collaboration with providers and present cost estimates, financing options, and procedure timelines to patients. Coordinate non-surgical cosmetic services (e.g., injectables, skincare treatments) and ensure alignment with surgical offerings. Collaborate with marketing to promote cosmetic services, patient testimonials, and community outreach. Cultivate long-term patient relationships to encourage repeat services and referrals. Assist with social media and promotional content related to cosmetic services.
