Insurance & Patient Financial Coordinator Join One of the Upstate's Premier Endodontic Practices Carepoint Endodontics is a highly respected, doctor-owned specialty practice looking for an experienced Insurance & Patient Financial Coordinator to join our growing team. We're looking for someone who understands dental insurance, communicates confidently with patients, and takes ownership of their role. If you're organized, dependable, and enjoy helping patients while keeping the office running smoothly, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Verify insurance and accurately estimate patient portions Re-verify insurance prior to treatment and document benefits Review financial responsibility with patients before appointments Submit insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims Prepare treatment plans and consent forms Check patients in and out Present treatment plans and collect payments Schedule appointments and help maintain an efficient schedule Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service Make post-operative courtesy calls Qualifications 1+ year of dental front office or insurance experience Strong knowledge of insurance Comfortable discussing treatment costs and collecting payments Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Positive attitude with a team-first mindset What We Offer Top-of-market compensation for the right candidate Performance bonuses PTO, paid holidays, and paid sick time 401(k) Health insurance A supportive, accountable team culture A modern specialty practice with an outstanding reputation If you're looking for a career—not just another job—and want to be part of a practice that values excellence, teamwork, and exceptional patient care, we'd love to hear from you.
