Our Patient Advocates work closely with both patients and practitioners and play an important role in keeping our office organized, efficient, welcoming, and running on time. What You'll Be Doing As a Patient Advocate, you will help create a smooth and positive experience for our patients while supporting our practitioners throughout the day.
Your responsibilities will include:

Qualifications We are looking for someone with: Professional communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer and typing proficiency Strong organizational skills Excellent attention to detail The ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy Dependability and punctuality A positive and professional attitude A coachable mindset An interest in health, wellness, nutrition, or helping others The ability to work independently after training while remaining part of a team Preferred but not required: 1 year of customer service experience 1 year of experience working in a fast-paced environment 1 year of office experience Previous healthcare, chiropractic, wellness, or practitioner-assistance experience Healthcare or nutrition experience is a plus, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. Schedule & Availability This is a full-time, daytime position . Candidates must be available to work: Monday through Thursday and Saturday Fridays and Sundays are off. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential because our Patient Advocates work directly with scheduled patients and practitioners.
