You do not need a background in natural healthcare to be successful here. We provide hands-on, structured training for the right person. What You'll Do You'll play an important role in creating a welcoming, organized experience for our patients while helping our practitioners and team keep the office running smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming and assisting patients throughout their visits Helping patients feel comfortable, supported, and cared for Supporting our practitioners with daily patient flow Assisting with clinical and administrative tasks Accurately documenting and managing patient information Preparing and organizing patient materials Helping maintain an organized and efficient office Communicating clearly with patients, practitioners, and team members Learning and following established office procedures and workflows Learning foundational concepts related to nutrition and natural healthcare This is an active position for someone who enjoys having a variety of responsibilities and being an important part of the day's success. Schedule & Availability Applicants must be available to work: Monday through Thursday and Saturday This is a consistent, full-time, in-person position. Day-shift availability is required. Experience Preferred, but not required: 1+ year of customer service experience 1+ year working in a fast-paced environment Previous office experience Previous healthcare, chiropractic, nutrition, or wellness experience Great candidates from hospitality, customer service, administrative, fitness, wellness, and other people-focused environments are encouraged to apply.
