Job Description

Build More Than Appointments. Build Trust. At Tri-Cities Remodeling & Construction Co., we specialize in premium kitchen remodels, luxury bathroom remodels, home additions, and whole-home renovations throughout Northeast Tennessee. Every project begins with a conversation. As our Client Intake Coordinator , you'll be the first person homeowners speak with after reaching out to us. Your ability to listen, ask the right questions, build confidence, and guide homeowners through the first step of the remodeling process sets the tone for the entire customer experience. This isn't a receptionist position. This is a fast-paced role where you'll qualify homeowner projects, coordinate appointments, manage incoming leads, and keep opportunities moving through our sales process. You'll work closely with our Client Solution Advisors (CSAs) and play a direct role in helping our company continue to grow. For the right person, this position also serves as a clear pathway into a Client Solution Advisor (CSA) role. What You'll Do Every day is different, but your responsibilities will include: Responding quickly to new homeowner inquiries by phone, text, email, and website leads. Qualifying remodeling projects by learning about the homeowner's goals, timeline, project scope, budget, and property. Scheduling in-home consultations for our Client Solution Advisors. Following up with homeowners who haven't yet scheduled their consultation. Re-engaging past leads and inactive opportunities. Managing multiple conversations and priorities throughout the day while ensuring every homeowner receives prompt communication. Maintaining accurate CRM records and documenting homeowner interactions. Routing existing clients and non-sales inquiries to the appropriate team member. Following up after completed projects to request online reviews and strengthen our reputation. What Success Looks Like Success in this role is measured by results, including: Fast response times to new inquiries. Qualified appointments scheduled. High appointment show rates. Consistent follow-up with homeowners. Accurate CRM documentation. Excellent communication and professionalism. Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates confidently, and thrives in a fast-moving environment where organization and follow-through matter.
The ideal candidate is:
Friendly, professional, and confident on the phone. Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Comfortable asking questions and guiding conversations. Coachable and eager to learn. Reliable and accountable. Able to stay calm while juggling several active homeowner conversations. Interested in building a long-term career within the construction industry. Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following is a plus: Construction or remodeling. Roofing or HVAC. Home improvement. Inside sales. Customer-facing sales. Lead coordination. CRM software. Scheduling or project coordination. Construction experience is helpful but not required. We're willing to train someone with the right attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn. Why Join Tri-Cities Remodeling? We're not a production builder or a high-volume contractor. We're a premium remodeling company that helps homeowners transform some of the most important spaces in their homes. Every project represents a significant investment, and every homeowner deserves an exceptional experience from their very first phone call. When you join our team, you'll receive: Competitive hourly pay plus performance bonuses. A stable, full-time office position. Professional coaching and ongoing development. A clear career path into a Client Solution Advisor (CSA) position for top performers. The opportunity to work alongside experienced construction and remodeling professionals. A team that values professionalism, accountability, communication, and quality.
