We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate individual to join our team in Gallaway, Tennessee. About the
Role:
As an Admissions Coordinator, you will be responsible for: Coordinating the admission process, including reviewing patient records, interviewing patients and families, and obtaining necessary information Business development and marketing the facility Communicating with healthcare providers Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including patient charts and insurance information Providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure timely and efficient care Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required 2 years of experience in healthcare or related field Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Compassion and empathy for patients and families
