This position works under the general supervision of the Center Manager and is responsible for providing excellent front-office support in a medical setting.Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service through friendly and professional interactions with patients Manage computerized appointment scheduling both via telephone and in person Accurately enter over-the-counter charges and payments Handle patient registration and certification of demographics Verify patient information at each scheduled appointment Set up and maintain medical records Assist in retrieving and filing medical records as needed Perform other related duties as assigned Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Two years of CPT and ICD-10 coding and data entry experience, preferred but not required One year of coding and data entry experience in a healthcare organization, preferred but not requiredCompensation & Benefits Salary:
