Patient Services Representative /

Medical Receptionist Pay:

$16.00+/hour, depending on experience and level of position offered

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Patient Services Representative to join our healthcare team. This role provides administrative support for daily physician practice operations and serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a professional manner. Schedule patient appointments and manage provider calendars. Answer and route incoming phone calls. Complete patient registration, verify demographics, insurance, and authorizations. Prepare patient charts and update medical records as needed. Maintain accurate documentation and support office workflow. Assist with medical record filing and administrative tasks. Collaborate with physicians and care team members to ensure excellent patient care. Follow established policies, procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

Minimum one (1) year of customer service, patient-facing, or medical office experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
