Community Healthcare of Texas is currently recruiting for a Hospice Intake Coordinator.
Coordinate with admission team pertinent information in a timely manner.
Verify patient insurance. Provide admission information to doctor's office, business office, admission nurse.
Various routine clerical duties and other assignments as needed.
