Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Care:

Provide top-tier chairside assistance for all procedures. ​

Technology Mastery:

Expertly utilize iTero scanning and in-office milling systems for same-day crowns and restorative procedures. ​

Patient Advocacy:

Serve as the patient's primary contact, guiding them through their entire treatment journey from consultation to completion. ​

Case Presentation & Sales:

Confidently and clearly present comprehensive treatment plans, financial options, and successfully close cases. ​

Practice Growth:

Contribute to a positive patient experience that drives satisfaction and referrals. ​

What We're Looking For:

Required:

Licensed or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification. ​

Essential:

Proven, in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with iTero scanning and milling (CAD/CAM) technology. ​

Must Haves:

Exceptional communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a strong track record in dental treatment sales/case presentation. ​
