Salary & Benefits Pay Rate:
$18.00 / hour (based on experience)
Job Type:
Temp-to-Hire Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Must be flexible for weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed)
Location:

Job Summary Dean's Professional Services is actively seeking a Bilingual Patient Services Representative (PSR) / Phlebotomist to serve as the face of our organization. In this role, you will provide exceptional care and high-quality service to patients visiting for routine health checks or critical diagnostic needs.
Key Responsibilities High-Quality Care:
Perform excellent phlebotomy collections (including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections) in a fast-paced environment.
Independent Operations:
Work autonomously with minimal on-site supervision while maintaining quality, error-free results.
Adaptability & Travel:
Travel to and cover various Patient Service Centers or In-Office Phlebotomy settings on short notice.
Critical Decision Making:
Use sound judgment to make decisions based on established clinical procedures.
Multi-Tasking:
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently in a high-volume clinical environment.
Requirements & Qualifications Language:
Must be fully Bilingual (English / Spanish) .
Experience:
5+ years of hands-on phlebotomy experience is strictly required .
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Credentials:
Phlebotomy certification is highly preferred (Required if working in CA, NV, or WA). Medical Assistant (MA) or Paramedic training is preferred.
Skills:
Proven experience with pediatric, geriatric, and capillary blood draws. Customer service or retail background is a plus.
