Hospital-based Outpatient Clinic with a 100% Orthopedic caseload 400+ bed Level I Trauma Center with 14 Outpatient Clinics - numerous awards for Clinical Excellence Enjoy the backing of a $3b/yr revenue stream supporting your clinic Clinic is attached to a 10,000 sqft, 2-story, state-of-the-art gym. Therapists have full access, including to aquatic therapy 1:1 Patient Care with each visit lasting 60 minutes Low productivity environment Enjoy full autonomy; no micromanagement Newer Therapists will have an experienced Senior PT to provide mentorship Over 30 Surgeons providing a consistent caseload Work-life balance with no weekends, no overtime expected, no taking work home with you
Benefits:

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's or Higher in Physical Therapy required Doctorate of Physical Therapy preferred Texas PT License or the ability to obtain one Passion for patient-centered care and an Orthopedic caseload Desire to treat in a 1:1 patient-focused setting Excellent communication skills Servant-leader mindset Visa Sponsorship is NOT available
