- 10840 Texas Health Trail, Alliance/Keller, TX 76244 + Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Monday thru Friday, 8:00am

- Here's What You Need
- + High School Diploma or equivalent (required) + 2 years Medical Office Receptionist experience (strongly preferred) + 2 years Medical Insurance Referrals (strongly preferred) + Six months Business Office Customer Service experience (preferred) + Be an outgoing individual with a friendly attitude + Have strong attention to detail + Be able to multi-task front desk job responsibilities for a busy Family Practice/Internal Medicine Clinic + Must have outstanding communication, interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills + Have knowledge of insurance authorization/billing requirements + Have demonstrated strong customer service and communication skills + Have organizational and time management skills + Be proficient computer skills + Have knowledge of clinic procedures and regulatory requirements + Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism + Be a team player who handles multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment •What You Will Do•+ Delivers care to patients utilizing the Medical Office Receptionist Process + Under direct supervision, performs patient check-in at the time of visit and completes all paperwork necessary to ensure the admitting process is efficient and all clinic and regulatory policies are in compliance.
