Travel Required Up to 25% Pay Grade Maximum 31.5 Major/Essential Functions Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and relay messages to the appropriate nurse. Accurately enter and update patient demographics to ensure clean insurance claim submissions. Respond quickly to patient and insurance company inquiries, including prior authorizations and referrals. Verify insurance coverage and obtain required authorizations before scheduling appointments. Make outgoing calls to patients for appointment reminders, rescheduling, and general clinic communication. Document all communications in EMR. Handle daily cash transactions, including accepting payments and performing end-of-day cash counts. Attend and actively participate in monthly departmental meetings. Maintain current knowledge of department and HSC policies and procedures to ensure compliance. Grant Funded?
