Are you a friendly, dependable, and patient-focused professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment? Our busy, well-established Family Medicine practice is looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team. We're seeking someone who provides exceptional customer service, thrives in a collaborative setting, and is willing to help wherever needed. The ideal candidate is flexible, organized, and comfortable working in both the front and back office to support patient care and daily operations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a Family Medicine or Primary Care practice required Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy medical office Flexibility to work in both front and back office roles as needed Working knowledge of front office and clinical back office responsibilities preferred Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR is a plus
