Job Description
Overview New Standard Lawn Care is looking for a dependable, hard-working Lawn Care Crew Member to join our growing team. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in quality work, and want to be part of a family-owned company that values its employees, we'd love to hear from you. Experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person with a great attitude and strong work ethic. Responsibilities Mow, edge, trim, and maintain residential and commercial properties Operate lawn care equipment safely and efficiently Load, unload, and maintain equipment and trailers Work alongside a crew to complete scheduled jobs on time Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance Follow all safety procedures and company standards Assist with general landscaping tasks as needed Qualifications Reliable and dependable Able to work outdoors in the Texas heat Able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly Ability to detail and pride in quality work Lawn care experience preferred, but not required Valid driver's license preferred Must have reliable transportation to and from work What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Consistent, local work Opportunity for growth within a family-owned company Supportive team environment On-the-job training for motivated individuals Schedule Full-time and part time positions Monday-Friday Occasional Saturdays as needed Day Shift Apply Today!
