What You'll Do Welcome every patient with warmth and create a personalized experience from check-in to check-out. Guide members through their visit while ensuring every interaction feels seamless, thoughtful, and genuine. Serve as the voice of Avant by answering phone calls with professionalism, warmth, and confidence, while creating an exceptional first impression for every member. Communicate with members through phone, text, email, and other social media platforms using excellent communication etiquette, empathy, and attention to detail. Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communication to help keep the office running smoothly. Process payments and confidently discuss memberships, billing, and payment options. Build lasting relationships that encourage members to continue investing in their health and wellness journey. Assist with social media by capturing authentic office moments, creating engaging content, and helping share the Avant story with our community.
