Job description Job responsibilities include: Completing forms for the physician and patients as needed Completing Medical Records Requests Managing Incoming Faxes Collect payments Scheduling appointments Answering phone calls Verifying insurance plans Prepping for clinic Obtaining Patient Medical History Other tasks as needed Traveling to satellite offices (Our main office is in Tomball and we travel to Kingwood, The Woodlands, and Conroe on corresponding clinic days.) Spanish required Our office hours are Monday through Thursday from 8am to 5pm. On Fridays, we are open from 8am to 1pm.
