Part-time We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Patient Care Coordinator to join our team! If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are dedicated to helping our practice run smoothly, we want to meet you!
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of dental experience required. (Please do not apply if you do not have dental experience.) Dental Insurance knowledge in and out of network a must! Strong customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience in managing dental office operations and scheduling. Social media management experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Assist with daily office operations to ensure a seamless experience for patients and visitors. Greet and check in/out patients, present treatment plans, and assist with patient flow. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist the Doctor when necessary. Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate staff schedules. Organize and manage events and vendor relationships as needed. Maintain an efficient systems and handle clerical tasks with precision. Verify insurance and manage billing processes. Assist with accounts receivable (A/R) and collaborate with the Practice Administrator to ensure the office runs smoothly.
