We are looking for a professional and courteous Patient Service Representative I to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, coordinating financial responsibilities, and ensuring that our patients have a positive experience when they visit our facility.Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner Verify patient information, including insurance coverage and personal information Collect co-pays and other fees from patients at the time of service Ensure the referrals are in the patient's chart before the patient comes in Maintain patient records and ensure that they are accurate and up to date Count cash box and complete cash reconciliation forms. Once close is completed, sign off on EBO report and cash reconciliation Handle patient complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner Perform other administrative tasks as neededBenefits:
