Designed to be a bridge between inpatient care and returning home, Red River Hospital's outpatient programs serve as excellent step-down options after a higher level of treatment or as an entry point into the therapeutic process. With two levels of care, a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and an intensive outpatient program (IOP), our outpatient offerings give adults and adolescents a chance to understand their symptoms, improve their level of functioning, and return to happier, healthier lives. About theRole:
The Director of Outpatient Services is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations and long-term success of the facility's partial hospitalization programs (PHP) and intensive outpatient programs (IOP). This role is accountable for achieving key performance targets- including volume growth, financial performance, patient experience, and clinical quality
- by driving clinical excellence, operational rigor, referral growth, and standardized care delivery across the behavioral health care continuum.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Required to be a Master's or Doctorate-level Licensed Clinician- e.
