Duties Greet clients warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming environment for all visitors and callers Conduct thorough intake interviews to collect relevant personal, medical, and service-related information Verify eligibility and document client details accurately within our database systems Coordinate appointments and follow-up services with internal teams to ensure seamless client care Maintain organized records of all intake documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy standards Provide clear information about available services, programs, and next steps to clients Collaborate with team members to identify client needs and facilitate appropriate referrals or interventions Qualifications Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a positive and energetic demeanor Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple client files and documentation efficiently Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Prior experience in customer service, social services, or healthcare intake roles is preferred Proficiency in using computer systems, databases, and scheduling software Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills Ability to remain calm and empathetic in high-pressure situations Join us in making a difference by providing compassionate support from the very first interaction.
