A Registrar or Patient Service Representative provides direct assistance to patients at a health care or long term care facility. Answers questions and helps resolve complaints; provides liaison with health care providers; may assist with coordinating appointments or addressing billing or insurance issues.
FT, On-site (no set shift - employee will need to be available for any shift (24-7). Required to work every other weekend and 2 holidays a year (hospital observed holidays).
Pay Scale:

Explains policies regarding services, charges, insurance billing, and payment of accounts to patients, vendors, and customers. Requests full or partial payment(s) for services rendered according to collection policies. Receives payments from patients for services rendered. Works with physician clinics and ancillary departments, providing information when necessary or forwarding relevant documents. Education:
High School diploma Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
