Guardian Family Dental is a growing general dentistry practice in St. George, Utah, looking for a friendly, outgoing, and dependable Front Desk / Patient Coordinator to join our team! We are a busy, growing practice that takes pride in creating a friendly, fun, and upbeat environment where team members work together and provide excellent patient care. What You'll Do As a Front Desk / Patient Coordinator, you will help create a positive experience for our patients while keeping the front office running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

Welcoming and checking in patients Answering and directing phone calls Collecting and entering new patient information and paperwork Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation Assisting with insurance verification as you become familiar with the process Supporting the dental team with day-to-day administrative needs Providing friendly, professional, and patient-centered service What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with patients Dependable and has a strong work ethic Organized and detail-oriented A quick learner who is willing to grow into the position Professional and patient-focused A strong communicator and team player Comfortable working in a busy environment Positive, flexible, and willing to help wherever needed Dental experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. A high school diploma is required. Experience with dental software is helpful, and familiarity with Dentrix is a plus.

Schedule Monday-Thursday:

approximately 7:30 AM-5:00

PM Rotating Fridays:
