As a PRN Outpatient Physical Therapist/Physical Therapist Assistant at Highland Care Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients. Our Outpatient Rehabilitation team is dedicated to helping patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and regain independence.

Responsibilities:

Provide expert physical therapy and physical therapy assistant services to patients in our outpatient setting, including evaluation, treatment, and education Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Conduct initial evaluations, reassessments, and progress assessments to track patient progress Implement and modify treatment plans based on patient response and goals Educate patients and caregivers on exercise programs, body mechanics, and safety precautions Document all patient encounters and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellent patient outcomes

Requirements:

Current licensure as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Utah Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to adapt to changing conditions and priorities
