- Fast-paced outpatient physical therapy clinic supporting multiple providers and clinical staff.

Monday:
6:30 AM- 12:30 PM
Tuesday:
6:30 AM- 4:00 PM
Wednesday:
6:30 AM- 3:00 PM
Thursday:
6:30 AM- 4:00 PM
Friday:
6:30 AM- 3:00 PM

- About the Role
- The Patient Service Specialist is responsible for creating a positive patient experience while managing front desk operations at a busy physical therapy clinic.
- Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and perform check-in and check-out procedures
- Register patients and maintain accurate demographic information
- Schedule appointments and follow-up visits
- Answer inbound phone calls and assist patients with inquiries
- Document patient and provider information within the EMR system
- Support insurance verification and patient account activities
- Assist with Medicaid and prior authorization processes
- Provide outstanding customer service to patients and visitors
- Coordinate with providers and clinical staff to support daily operations
- Required Skills & Experience
- Previous front desk, receptionist, or patient service experience
- Experience with patient registration and scheduling
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience working with computers and EMR systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and strong organizational skills
- Healthcare or medical office experience preferred

- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $19.00
