Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients and spa clients with a warm, professional demeanor Schedule and confirm appointments for medical spa services and provider consultations Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and manage front desk communications Process payments, manage patient accounts, and handle billing transactions Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and scheduling Promote spa services, packages, and retail products to clients

Requirements:

Prior experience in a medical office, medical spa, or luxury spa/salon setting preferred Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills Proficiency with scheduling software and electronic health records (EHR) systems Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy front desk environment Professional appearance and a passion for the aesthetics and wellness industry
