Job Description

We are looking for a Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Radiance Family Dentistry - Midlothian . VA ! At Radiance Family Dentistry, we pride ourselves on being a patient-focused practice that delivers outstanding care in a warm, supportive environment. Responsibilities :
Confirm insurance active and breakdown of new patients or new policy. Ensure the patient's dental insurance information is accurate and up to date. Maintain current insurance benefit breakdowns in patients' charts. Scheduling patients for treatment. Confirming Drs appointments Filling schedule when openings. Assisting other admin Inform patients of their financial responsibilities and co-payments that are due at time of service Provide patient payment plans and work with collections agencies. Maintain strict confidentiality of patient's medical records.

Looking For:
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a dental office receptionist. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and a positive, patient-centered attitude Proficiency with dental scheduling and practice management software (experience with Dentrix a plus)
