Medical Office Front Desk and Endoscopy Scope Cleaning Back up
Location:
Sterling, VA 20165
Main Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Technician Training will be provided, both experienced & no experience are welcome as long as we can rely on you to show up to work! Join our team and play a vital role in supporting medical procedures and maintaining a pleasant and safe healthcare environment. You will Perform administrative duties in support of the patient experience Greet and check in patients for scheduled procedures, verify insurance information, collect co-pays, and answer incoming calls to provide directions, appointment guidance or general assistance. Adhere to established procedures for appointment scheduling, intake, and record-keeping for all patients Be a back up for cleaning, reprocessing and maintaining endoscopes, instruments, and the automated scope washing systems (if needed) Clean, stock, and inventory the procedure rooms and the clinical area and disinfects, sterilizes, and maintains Medical Equipment and accessories (if needed) Learn about medical equipment handling, sanitation practices, and compliance with regulatory guidelines to uphold the quality of patient care Work collaboratively as part of the clinical team by proactively assisting nurses and technicians when needed and contributing to efficient patient care and workflow.
