Looking for an upbeat individual to join our team as a front desk receptionist / Patient Coordinator for our exclusive Laser Clinic / MedSpa near Tysons Corner in McLean, VA. Here's what we're looking for: Must be able to work at least 3 or more shifts per week Availability to work weekends Be positive, friendly, upbeat and personable. Maintain a professional appearance at all times. Able to work in a fun, fast paced environment. Customer service and sales experience a plus! Bilingual English and Spanish a plus but not required Must be willing and able to memorize and understand sales presentation for services offered. Experience is preferable, but we are willing to train the right person with pride and enthusiasm in her responsibilities. We will surely consider retired / senior citizens too The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for the reception area of the clinic including greeting all clients, check-in, answering phones, assisting clients with questions regarding services, scheduling all appointments, collecting and entering guest information into the computer system and guest check-out for services purchased. We are offering full time and part time positions with a possible long term employment for someone who wants to work and grow with us.
