Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and detail-oriented Medical Office Receptionist/Medical Assistant to join our growing healthcare team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring efficient front-office operations, delivering exceptional patient experiences, and supporting clinical staff. The ideal candidate is highly organized, knowledgeable in medical terminology, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Responsibilities Welcome patients in a courteous and professional manner and manage the check-in/check-out process efficiently Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments as needed Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient histories and treatment documentation Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally, addressing patient inquiries and providing appropriate information Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and inventory management of office supplies Assist clinical staff with basic medical procedures and patient preparation as required Qualifications & Experience Previous experience in a medical office, healthcare setting, or similar role preferred Knowledge of medical terminology is strongly preferred Excellent communication skills with strong phone etiquette Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when needed Join our team and contribute to high-quality patient care while growing your career in a supportive and professional healthcare environment.
