Patient Financial Services System Quality Assurance Specialist University of Vermont Medical Center $21.26 - $31.89 / hr United States, Vermont, South Burlington Aug 21, 2026 This position is 100% onsite in South Burlington, VT. Daily hours can be worked between 6am and 6pm once the probationary period (approximately 90 days) is complete.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Scans documents into the electronic document management system. Examines pages and verifies patient identification on each page. Appropriately batches documents. Reviews the electronic document management system and records contained within for appropriate image quality and indexing. Maintains scanning equipment. Handles correspondence, retrieves medical records, and mails claims as directed.
EDUCATION
High school graduate or equivalent with
GED EXPERIENCE
Experience in a business office setting preferred. Good oral communication skills Basic computer skills preferred. Experience in patient financial services department preferred.
