What You'll Do:

Greet and assist patients during check-in and check-out Schedule appointments in our Practice Management System Answer phone calls, emails, and patient questions with care and professionalism Verify insurance information and assist with billing Collect co-pays and patient fees as needed Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers Help with general office duties such as filing, scanning, data entry, and faxing
