Patient Support Specialist - Clinical Support (Floating Role)
Location:
Two clinical facilities (Burlington area), none remote
Schedule:
Full-time - 12
Week Contract Pay:
$22 p/hr We're seeking a reliable, organized person to support daily operations across two clinical facilities. This role requires strong communication skills, comfort with multitasking, and the ability to adapt quickly in a healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately Schedule patient appointments and coordinate provider availability Process referrals accurately and ensure timely follow‑through Scan, upload, and organize patient documentation within the electronic system Maintain clear communication with the Administrative Assistant Supervisor and report any questions, issues, or follow‑up needs Float between two clinical locations as needed to support front‑office operations What We're Looking For Strong administrative or front‑desk experience, ideally in a healthcare setting Excellent phone etiquette and customer‑service skills Ability to manage scheduling and documentation with accuracy Comfort working independently and shifting between facilities Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality Proficient in Microsoft programs
