Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and highly organized Bilingual in Spanish and English Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy office environment. This vital role ensures smooth administrative functions, maintains efficient office workflows, and provides exceptional support to staff and patients alike. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As an Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our office, fostering a professional, welcoming atmosphere while managing essential clerical and administrative tasks with precision and enthusiasm. Responsibilities Manage front desk activities, including greeting patients, handling inquiries, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management using Microsoft Office Handle calendar management and scheduling Support bookkeeping tasks and reconciling Provide exceptional customer service by supporting patients, providers, and team members in person or via phone or email Assist with office supply management, inventory control, and procurement processes Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures while promoting a positive workplace culture Verify Insurances, request authorizations, follow up on status of progress reports Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills Excellent computer literacy with the ability to perform data entry, filing, proofreading, and document formatting accurately Strong communication skills including phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are a must Experience working as a receptionist in a medical setting is advantageous Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with

From $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
