What You'll Do Welcome patients with a friendly and professional attitude Check patients in and out efficiently Answer a busy multi-line phone system Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals Verify insurance eligibility and benefits Collect co-pays, balances, and patient payments Update and maintain accurate patient records Process referrals, faxes, and incoming correspondence Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and team members Help ensure every patient has an exceptional experience What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of customer service experience (Required) Medical office experience preferred, but not required Strong computer and data entry skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical office Positive attitude with exceptional customer service skills Dependable with excellent attendance Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented Eager to learn and grow within our organization Additional Requirements Ability to commute to Renton, WA 98055 Willingness to travel to other clinic locations as needed (approximately 25%) In-person position
