Job Description

We are seeking experienced Patient Access Specialists to support an upcoming hospital go-live in downtown Seattle. This role will work onsite in an office setting and will focus heavily on patient eligibility and insurance verification.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact patients and insurance companies to verify insurance coverage and eligibilityConfirm and update patient demographic and insurance informationNavigate Epic to review and document patient informationResolve eligibility discrepancies and obtain missing informationMaintain accurate documentation while handling sensitive patient informationSupport the Patient Access team during the hospital go-live and transition
Schedule Options:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PMFour 10-hour shifts per week
