• Office Organization
• Keep things tidy and organized, ensuring a clean and pleasant environment.
• Data Management
• Collect and update patient information accurately and efficiently.
• Communication
• Keep everyone informed, from notifying consultants of arrivals to communicating any delays.
• Payment Handling
• Process payments accurately, including insurance, credit, cash, and checks.
• Supply Management
• Keep supplies stocked and equipment in good condition, ensuring efficient operations.
• Privacy Protection
• Maintain patient confidentiality by handling sensitive information securely.
