Part Time Patient Services Representative Mukwonago, WI Freedom Physical Therapy Services, an independent, progressive physical/occupational therapy and wellness, practice is seeking a Part Time Patient Services Representative for our Mukwonago location. This is an opportunity to be part of our overall care team. This position is critical as it is the first contact our patients have with Freedom. The ability to present a professional and welcoming environment is critical to this role. This position is responsible for scheduling/greeting patients, managing patient information, collecting patient balances and supporting the staff as needed. This individual is essential to our ability to provide excellent service and care to all of our patients.

• Strong ability to work with others and be a team player This is a great position for a student interested in physical or occupational therapy or just someone interested in a long term part time position. Monday/Wednesday 3:00 pm
• 7:00 pm; Tuesday/Thursday 2:30
• 6:30 and Friday 8:00 am
