Job Description
Serve as a professional and welcoming representative of the Training HAUS's patients, families, visitors, and Viking stakeholders. This is position which frequently requires front-line customer service and problem resolution. This is a full-time role, working Monday 8:00 AM
- 4:30 PM, Tuesday & Wednesday 9:00 AM
- 5:30 PM, Thursday & Friday 8:00 AM
- 4:30 PM out of our Hudson, New Richmond, and Stillwater locations.
Essential Functions:
Fully understand, describe and promote all aspects of the Training HAUS Greet and register patients; collect co-payments, collect pre-payments and insurance information Manage multiple meeting hosts, providers, and class instructor schedules through Mind Body and Outlook calendars Accurately and efficiently schedule new and existing patients in the current practice management system Communicate all pertinent patient information regarding their call to include; appointment information, directions, check-in times, referral information and copayments Maintain a working knowledge of health care plan requirements and health plan networks Verify and document insurance information as defined by current business practices Chart management Maintain timely communication with patients and families while in clinic Occasionally participate in community functions relating to TCO outreach events throughout the year. Any and all other duties as assignedEducation and Experience Requirements:
High School diploma/GED or equivalent Customer service experience required Administrative or Medical Office experience preferred Experience teaching fitness classes preferredBenefits & Compensation:
Actual starting pay will vary based on education, skills, and experience. A $1,500 sign-on bonus will be offered for select roles, payable on first paycheck with a 12-month commitment.
