Job Description

Creekside Performance Center is growing and we are excited to add a dynamic and outstanding team member to assist with patient care coordination. We are looking for a friendly, upbeat, dependable, and team-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet & assist clients with a warm and welcoming demeanor
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Schedule appointments and manage the front desk calendar
  • Collect and apply payments for patients
  • Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information regarding insurance information
  • Perform clerical tasks such as data entry and managing correspondence
  • Assist with administrative tasks to support the team
Qualifications:
  • Must have previous Customer Service experience (Chiropractic knowledge is a plus but not required.)
  • Friendly and approachable personality
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Dependable with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours:
  • Shifts vary Monday through Friday between 6:30 a.m. and 6:45 p.m. (No weekends or holidays)
  • Shifts range from 5-9 hours per day
  • Expected to work 25-35 hours per week
Compensation:
  • Starting pay is $13
  • 16 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
