Job Description
What You Will Do:
The Occupational Therapist will prescribe, delegate and coordinate the patient plan of care for rehabilitation. The OT establishes a prognosis, and plan of treatment, implements occupational therapy treatment for patients based on evaluation results and plan of care. The OT is responsible to re-assess the ongoing effects of treatment, collaborate with and provide consultation to others in care delivery. This profesisonal will also supervise occupational therapy assistants.What You Will Need:
Bachelors of Occupational Therapy At least 6 months in home health setting preferred. Active Drivers License, in good standing Current BLS certification through AHA (or ability to obtain at time of hire). Occupational Therapist licensure required through State of WI.About Us:
