Job Description
Summary FORME Aesthetic and Vein Center is seeking a polished, patient-focused Patient Scheduling Representative II to serve as the first point of contact for our patients . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced aesthetic and medical spa environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience. The Patient Scheduling Representative supports daily clinic operations through scheduling, patient communication, payment processing all while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Primary Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service while greeting and assisting patients in person and over the phone Answer incoming calls, route inquiries appropriately, and escalate complex concerns when needed Schedule, coordinate, and document patient appointments accurately within Epic and other clinic software systems Process payments for services and retail products using the clinic's point-of-sale (POS) system Support a seamless patient experience by resolving concerns professionally and efficiently Maintain accurate patient records and assist with data entry, filing, scanning, faxing, and other administrative tasks Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth daily operations Knowledge

- Abilities Experience in a medical spa, aesthetic, dermatology, plastic surgery, or healthcare setting Familiarity with Epic or other electronic medical record (EMR) systems Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills Professional demeanor with a passion for patient care and customer service Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Qualifications Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis.

2 years in customer service with clerical aspects in the medical field, EPIC, patient care, clinical setting. #LI-SN1 Physical Requirements Work Environment Sensory Acuity Ability to detect and translate speech or other communication required.
