Patient Care & Pharmacy Support Associate Join Our Team | Growth Opportunity into Pharmacy Technician Role About the Role We're looking for a motivated, patient-focused individual to join our pharmacy team as a Patient Care & Pharmacy Support Associate. This is a great opportunity for someone with a healthcare background who wants to grow into a Pharmacy Technician role while making a meaningful impact on patient care every day. Schedule Requirements Open availability Monday through Friday is required Must be willing to obtain a Pharmacy Technician-in-Training license (we will guide you through the process) What You'll Do Provide exceptional, friendly service to every patient Process transactions, copays, and insurance payments accurately Answer incoming calls and assist with patient inquiries Support prescription intake, drop-off, and pick-up Assist with patient care programs (med sync, adherence, etc.) Maintain inventory (stocking, organizing, checking expiration dates) Keep the pharmacy clean, organized, and welcoming Follow HIPAA and confidentiality standards at all times Support the team with additional tasks as needed What We're Looking For Background in healthcare preferred (medical office, clinic, pharmacy, etc.) Strong customer service and communication skills Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment Eagerness to learn and grow within the pharmacy field Why Join Us?
