Job Description

Our company is growing and needs to add an additional team member to ensure our continued success. This position will require someone who is self-driven, open-minded, and growth-focused. This is a full-time position (40 hours) - Schedule will most likely be Monday - Thursday 9-6 Friday 8-5.
Purpose:
The purpose is to ensure that the schedule is full and balanced, ensure that patients schedule and attend all of their prescribed visits, and that the patient pays their portion of the charges. The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for ensuring patients feel welcome and is the first line of contact with patients and others outside the company, and they are responsible for scheduling appointments, holding patients accountable for attendance, and collecting the patient portion of the charges from the patient at the time of service. It is critical to the purpose of the practice. We can't have a productive office without efficient and welcoming Patient Care Coordinators. Our intention is to expand and grow as a company.
