Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) | Home Health | Monday-Friday | Mountain Home, AR $30-$38/hr | $4,000 Sign-On Bonus | Company Van Provided Looking for a respiratory therapy role with real independence and a slower pace of life? We're partnering with a national provider of home medical equipment and respiratory care seeking a Respiratory Therapist to deliver in-home respiratory care throughout the Mountain Home area, serving both Arkansas and Missouri patients. This is a great fit for an RT who wants autonomy, variety, and the chance to make a real impact in a close-knit rural community. Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Full-time, field-based role with daily travel to patient homes Covers Mountain Home and surrounding territory (Arkansas and Missouri) This location has one RT covering call responsibilities for after-hours patient and equipment needs What You'll Do Conduct in-home patient assessments Set up and adjust ventilators and oxygen therapy equipment per physician orders Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory equipment and prescribed therapies Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot as needed Perform VA oxygen setups and respiratory services Provide ongoing patient follow-up and support Participate in after-hours patient support and call coverage Compensation & Benefits $30-$38/hr based on experience $4,000 sign-on bonus ($2,000 at 60 days, $2,000 at 180 days) Bonus opportunity available Company van provided for daily route coverage and patient visits Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k), HSA, and FSA options Paid time off and holidays Life and disability insurance Employee Assistance Program Requirements Active RRT or CRT license required (RN and LPN not eligible) Must hold an active Arkansas or Missouri RT license based on state of residence Willing to obtain the neighboring state license within 30 days of hire if not already licensed (company-paid) High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license with clean driving record Must reside within 25 miles of Mountain Home, AR This is a VA-supported location Preferred Qualifications Home healthcare or DME experience Respiratory therapy experience Degree in respiratory therapy or related field At least one year of clinical experience Why Mountain Home?
